Dean Pritchard

Principal

Dean Pritchard is passionate about lighting, especially for shopping center parking lots! As a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 1981, Dean been a speaker at ICSC conferences, sits on the ICSC PAC committee, and has attended almost every ICSC deal making in the U.S. at least once. Dean is a connector; He enjoys bringing people together. With over 20,000 retail design and development contacts made in the last 40 years, Dean has created many meaningful relationships for WLS. Dean enjoys investing in startups related to lighting products, design, and sustainability. He travels internationally, especially to France and loves to cook and eat! Dean serves on numerous non-profit boards including Miles of Freedom, Restorative Farms, and Soap Hope.

Brandon Scogins

Chief Operations Officer

Brandon Scogins, ME joined WLS Lighting Systems in 2018, bringing 12 years of experience in energy management, building infrastructure, and site maintenance. Brandon became NABCEP certified in 2011 and was a Journeyman for 9 years before certifying as a Master Electrician in 2019. Before joining WLS, he built building infrastructure for Facebook servers, Amazon, and BAE Systems in the Alliance area of Fort Worth.

Jonathan Whitley

Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan Whitley, CPA graduated with his masters in accountancy from Louisiana State University. Upon graduation, Jonathan began working in the audit department at Whitley Penn’s Fort Worth office where he spent the next 8 years. Following his time in public accounting, Jonathan served as the Controller at Superior Optimization for 3 years before transitioning over to WLS. Jonathan served 5 years as a founding member of the board of directors for Cristo Rey Fort Worth College Preparatory School and currently serves on the board of SafeHaven of Tarrant County as well as the St. Andrews Catholic School Advisory Council.

Robby Rudasill

Vice President

Robby Rudasill graduated from Hawaii Pacific University and served in the U.S. Navy for 7 years specializing in electricity and electronics. Robby joined WLS in 2008 and has over 13 years of lighting and energy management experience. His expertise is in LED lighting upgrades and controls for parking lots and shopping centers. He enjoys spending time boating with his family and is passionate about UGA Football. Robby currently serves on the ICSC Beyond Sustainability Summit Board.

Kevin Fletcher

Vice President of National Accounts

Kevin Fletcher joined WLS in 2009 and has over 22 years of experience in the lighting industry. Before joining WLS, he worked as a lighting specialist at FSG and WESCO. His specialties are upgrading projects to energy efficient lighting that saves customers money and energy. Kevin enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, cooking, and is passionate about coaching his son’s sports team.
