Lighting Maintenance Program
WLS has developed a 100% project financing solution for your lighting projects: Our Lighting Maintenance Program (lighting lease program). The LMP enables owners to upgrade lighting on existing properties with little to no out-of-pocket expense. The LMP’s monthly costs are less then the monthly energy savings, allowing owners to reduce the Common Area Maintenance (CAM) costs by more than the cost of the monthly energy bill.
The program consists of a LED lighting upgrade on existing properties paired with netLiNK Controls. netLiNK Controls is our site lighting controls system that enables you to remotely monitor and control your lighting system. WLS provides a contract that covers lighting maintenance needs for the property while paying for the upgraded lighting system. Upon completion of the program, your CAM is substantially reduced, and you own the lighting and controls system.
