Farmington Plaza Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade

Located in the Four Corners Region, Farmington Plaza is anchored by Safeway grocery and includes other national retailers.

In 2023, Farmington Plaza Shopping Center was due for an upgrade to LED lighting in order to meet PECO’s ESG standards and to combat poor lighting and high energy usage. WLS Lighting completed site surveys, and designed an efficient lighting site plan and proposal for all new LED lighting for the entire property.

In addition to all new LED lighting, Farmington Plaza is now outfitted with our exclusive site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls. The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete insight and control of their site lighting and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs by way of dimming the LED lighting fixtures. Users have visibility into their entire portfolio of lighting systems from any smart device at any time.
