Rona Plaza Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade

Rona Plaza was upgraded to LED Lighting to increase energy efficiency and create a more inviting environment for shoppers. The old lighting consisted of mostly 1,000W HPS (High Pressure Sodium) fixtures and a few 400W MH (Metal Halide) floods. WLS Lighting upgraded the parking lot area lighting to 279W LED fixtures. WLS was able to value engineer the current site lighting and completely remove 6 total fixtures from the original lighting plan.

Regency Centers is a national owner, operator, and developer of shopping centers located in densely populated trade areas. Rona Plaza is centrally located in Santa Ana, California and is about 50,000 Sq. Ft. of retail space.
