Serendipity Labs Dallas Hall Arts Interior LED Lighting for New Development

Serendipity Labs is an upscale office space that includes co-working spaces, team rooms, private offices, short-term swing space, dedicated desks and hosts meetings and events.

WLS provided all lighting and controls for the Dallas Hall Arts location, including General, Decorative, and Specialty Lighting. WLS worked with Serendipity Labs and Gensler to develop the national specification for lighting and controls that met the design intent as well as budget.

The types of lighting on this project includes linear pendants, cylinder pendants, 4″ square down lights, recessed linear, decorative pendants, cove lighting, wall sconces, RGBW linear recessed wall lighting, and life safety.
