Shops at Sunset Lakes Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade

In 2023, PECO acquired Shops at Sunset Lakes for their portfolio. The existing LED site and building lighting had many outages that could not be repaired due to age and poor quality lighting fixtures. In addition, the site’s lighting did not meet the anchor’s lighting requirements.

WLS Lighting stepped in to help the client meet their lighting requirements and sustainability standards. WLS created a value engineered lighting site plan and proposal for all new parking lot and building LED lighting as well as our exclusive outdoor site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls. The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete insight and control of their site lighting and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs by way of dimming the LED lighting fixtures. By scheduling the site lighting’s dimming schedule with netLiNK Controls, Shops at Sunset Lakes reduces their energy usage by 61%.
