Shoppes at Paradise Key Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade

In 2023, Shoppes at Paradise Key was upgraded to LED lighting with site lighting controls. The property owners knew it was time to upgrade when maintenance costs became too costly and the lighting had significant color shifting. WLS created a photometric layout and proposal for all new LED site lighting. The existing 148 pole mounted fixtures were replaced with 81 new LED pole-mounted fixtures. The Shoppes at Paradise Key is now brighter, safer, and more energy-efficient than ever.

In addition, our exclusive outdoor site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls, was installed on the property. The netLiNK Controls system allows you to monitor the existing parking lot fixtures, report back to end-user if any issues occur, and increase energy savings by dimming the fixtures during the early morning hours.
