The Village Shoppes at Windermere Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade

Located in Johns Creek, GA, The Village Shoppes at Windermere is anchored by Publix grocery.

In 2023, The Village Shoppes at Windermere was due for an upgrade to LED lighting in order to meet PECO’s new sustainability standards. WLS Lighting stepped in to help the client reduce their carbon footprint. WLS created a value engineered lighting site plan and proposal for all new LED site (area), and wall pack lighting. The new site lighting fixtures utilized the existing site lighting parking lot poles.

In addition to all new LED lighting, The Village Shoppes at Windermere is now outfitted with our exclusive outdoor site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls. The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete insight and control of their site lighting and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs by way of dimming the LED lighting fixtures. Users have visibility into their entire portfolio of lighting systems from any smart device at any time.
