Nagawaukee Center Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade

Built in 1994, Nagawaukee Center is anchored by national retail stores such as Marshalls, Carter’s, and Bath & Body Works. The shopping center is located outside of the Milwaukee, WI metro.

In 2022, Nagawaukee shopping center was upgraded to LED lighting as the previous HID lighting did not live up to the center’s new energy standards. The client’s goal was to increase the current light levels on the property and to reduce energy usage. The new lighting fixtures were mounted onto existing poles. WLS Lighting stepped in to achieve our client’s goals and create a value engineered lighting site plan and proposal for all new LED site, wall pack, canopy, and flood lighting.

In addition to new LED lighting, Nagawaukee Center is also outfitted with our exclusive site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls. The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete insight and control of their site lighting and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs by way of dimming the LED lighting fixtures. Users have visibility into their entire portfolio of lighting systems from any smart device at any time.
