Northbay Commerce Center Exterior LED Lighting Upgrade

Northbay Commerce Center is anchored by Publix Super Market and includes restaurants Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. The shopping center is located in Tampa, FL and was originally built in 2004.

In 2022, Northbay Commerce shopping center decided to upgrade to LED lighting utilizing the existing site lighting parking lot poles. The previous HID lighting did not live up to the center’s new standards. WLS Lighting stepped in to achieve our client’s goals and create a value engineered lighting site plan and proposal for all new LED site lighting with controls.

North Bay Center is also outfitted with our exclusive site lighting controls, netLiNK Controls. The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete insight and control of their site lighting and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs by way of dimming the LED lighting fixtures. Users have visibility into their entire portfolio of lighting systems from any smart device at any time.
