netLiNK Controls is a leading edge two-way wireless outdoor lighting control and management system. The netLiNK Controls System provides customers with complete control of their lighting systems and significantly reduces maintenance and utility costs.
The “E.O.S.” (Eyes on Site) Program is an extension to the netLiNK basic service plan, offering more functionality, controls, reports, and customer support. The program includes real-time monitoring that identifies issues before they interrupt operations, monthly property reports, and scheduling assistance. What makes the E.O.S. program superior is the assignment of a netLiNK Account Manager. Your Account Manager monitors alerts and sends monthly site lighting health evaluations ensuring accurate operation. Monthly property reports include YTD savings, maintenance, and overall site health. Our netLiNK Controls team works directly with our Service Department as a single source solution ensuring quick dispatch for all your lighting needs.
Outage Reports
For our customers without the netLiNK Controls system, WLS offers monthly and quarterly outage reports. All customer outage reports come with recommended maintenance and can be tailored to fit your needs.
Site Survey / Mapping
WLS offers onsite evaluations of your existing lighting infrastructure. Our lighting assessments are created by an experienced design team who can quickly and accurately identify potential upgrades and return on investment data for your entire property portfolio.
Many times, the efficiency gained in replacing equipment can increase light levels, light quality, and generate energy savings which will pay for the lighting upgrade in a relatively short amount of time. Life cycle costs analysis and ROI information is included in the price of our comprehensive light surveys.
